SA NGOC LAM
Sa Ngoc Lam received the B.S. degree in Computer Science from George Mason University. Currently, she is a computer scientist at a U.S. federal government agency, Fairfax, VA. Ms. Lam is also a sucessful businesswoman in real estate and restaurant areas.
