Professor in Mathematical Department at University of South Carolina. Thuy
      T. Le has also served as general chair, technical program chair, and committee
member of several international conferences and symposiums. His publications
include technical papers, seminars, and reports in broad areas of parallel
and distributed computing and algorithms, computer architectures, computational
reactor physics and fluid dynamics. He has been continuously selected for
listing in Who's Who in Science and Engineering and Who's Who in America
published by Marquis Who's Who. He was also nominated by his former honor
students and is currently listed in Who's Who Among America's Teachers:
The Best Teachers in America Selected By The Best Students. His current
research interests include topics in digital communication, computer networking,
digital system design, microprocessor and microcontroller, cluster computing
and cluster architectures, computational grid and distributed computing,
parallel simulation languages, applications of probability theory and random
signal processing, scientific software developments and implementation,
